Since the founding of our practice in 1957, our guiding philosophy has been, and will always be to provide our patients with focused diagnostic efforts and compassionate medical and surgical treatment, while adhering to the highest principles in the art and science of medicine.
Our practice specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases that affect the rectum, anus, colon and pelvic floor (proctology). Colon and rectal surgeons specialize in the medical and surgical treatment of diseases of the colon, rectum and anus, and are sometimes referred to as proctologists. However, this term is not used as often as it once was.
